Initial System Setup
Once login credentials become available we'll be having a 30 to 45 minutes meeting for basic data and info entry.
We'll walk you through on the basic information and data you'll need to enter into your new ArboStar System.
- Adding users and setting up their permission access to your system.
- Editing default Email and SMS templates for appointments, estimates, invoices, etc..
- Adding your list of vehicles, equipment, and other tools.
- Enter list of services offered.
- Setting up default service descriptions and cost.
Workflow Training
After several days to setup and enter data, we'll proceed to navigation training.
We'll go over each step in fulfilling a customer's service request. From getting their information to sending them an invoice.
Lead creation and Lead Profile
How to create a customer's profile and lead's profile.
Appointment Scheduling
How to schedule your estimate appointments, secondary visits, and other tasks.
Estimate Creation
How to draw up a proposal for your customer.
Workorder Scheduling
How to book service appointments for specific crews with their equipment and vehicles.
Invoicing
How to send full invoice. Entering payment records.
Estimator Role
We'll walk you through how to create and edit estimates and fully utilizing the app version.
Crew Member Role
How to view workorders, fill out forms and keep track of service hours using the app version.
App Training
Setup a date/time for estimators and field workers for ArboStar app navigation training.

Invest in the first two weeks
Our first tip to learning a new software: block out a 3-hour session on Day 1 to focus only on the software. Don’t focus on productivity just use the software to start getting the hang of the basics. Learn to leverage your software by using it daily for the first two weeks you have it.
