Estimator's Mobile App

Estimators' version of the mobile app consists of 5 modules: Dashboard, Agenda, Lead Map, Messenger and the button opening the side-bar menu.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the estimator’s home screen, providing information about estimates for today, last week, two weeks and last month.

If you click on the "Search" icon in the top you can search for clients, leads, estimates, etc. Note that search history is also available.

Agenda

In the Agenda section the estimator can find the tasks assigned to them. It consists of 2 sections: To do and Finished. In the “To Do” section the estimator can see the list of all the tasks for today, while in the “Finished” section the estimator can find the tasks that have been done.

To change the date, please click on the upper left corner on the “date” sign and choose the necessary date or date range from the calendar.

Note that once a specific time range on the calendar is chosen, when moving to other pages and returning to the “Agenda” page, the chosen time range will still be available.
If any tasks have been cancelled, they will appear in the "Cancelled" section.

Lead map

On the Lead Map the estimator can find all the leads and tasks based on their location.

If you click on the sign in the top left corner, you will be forwarded to the "Lead list" and vice versa. Note that in the filters section filters similar to the web are available. If you want to see tasks and users on the lead map, you can add them to the map by choosing them in the filter that is the top right corner.

After the lead map is uploaded and pins show on the map, in case of losing the internet access, the map will still be available for use.

Messenger

The Messenger section is used for direct communication with the team.

Note that it's possible to make chat texts bold, italic and underlined. You can either manually make the text bold / italic / underlined or can do it automatically. To do it manually, please use the following instructions:

  • If you want to make the text bold, please input the preferred text in between "star" signs, ("apple tree" → apple tree)
  • If you want to make the text italic, please input the preferred text in between ~ signs, ("~apple tree~" → apple tree)
  • If you want to make the text underlined, please input the preferred text in between "_" signs, ("apple tree" → apple tree)
the text needs to be in between the signs.

To get the preferred text bold / italic / underlined automatically, please click on the “Tt” icon. The newly opened icons can be used for the following purposes:

  • B - bold
  • I - italic cursive
  • U- underlined

You can also make chat texts bold, italic and underlined on the "create estimate" page as well.
Option to edit the text in service description and in chats is also available on the web on the client profile and PDF documents.
To add a file, click on the Plus icon.

You can view the attached PDFs in the app.

For MP3, MP4 and PDF files preview is available. For the rest, instead of a preview there is a download button.

When sending a lead/estimate/WO/invoice from the web, the respective lead/estimate/WO/invoice No. shows.

When sending a Lead/Estimate/Workorder/Invoice/WO appointment link via the app’s messenger, the link opens in the app, not the web.

Other sections

In the side-bar menu you can find the Dark/Light mode toggle to choose between light and dark modes, the Client list, the Leads, the Estimates, the Workorders, Crew Schedule, the Invoices, the Notifications module, Forms and the Settings modules.

If you click on the “Plus” sign at the top of the page, 8 options will open: “Client”, “Lead”, “Estimate”, "Workorder", "Schedule WO.", "Invoice", "Payment" and “Task”, helping you create a new client/lead/ estimate and task accordingly.

If you click on the bubble in the top left corner, you will be forwarded to the user's profile where you can see user details and track time.

Note that when there are files added to leads, estimates, etc. you can zoom into pictures and PDF files the same way as zooming into a picture/file on your device.
