The dashboard is the first page you access after logging into the system.
It gives quick access to the most used modules of the system as well as provides an essential insight into the daily statistics of the company.
After the login, your name and last login information are displayed on the dashboard. Below that you can find the useful quick access buttons.
- By clicking on the Add Client button, you access the page where you can create a new client profile.
- By clicking on the Crew Schedule button, you access the page where you can view existing crew schedules as well as create a new crew schedule.
- By clicking on the Workorders button, you access the list of all the workorders separated by their statuses.
- The View Leads button opens the leads map, where you can find all the new leads.
- By clicking the Office Schedule button, you can view the existing office schedule and create new tasks and appointments.
- By clicking on the Own Estimates button, you access the Own Estimates section.
Under the quick access tab, you’ll find information about:
- Auto logged out users list.
- Leads assigned to you that have the status New.
- Tasks assigned to you that have the status New.
- Users who are currently online.
To-do List
Below you can find the user's To-Do List, where you can see your tasks or add new ones.
To add a new task, click the green button, add the task text, and click on the Tick to save the task. If the task is urgent, don't forget to mark it as Urgent.
The tasks can be assigned to other users. To assign the task to another user, click on the Arrow button and choose the user you want to assign the task to from the Assign to list.
You can also edit or delete the tasks:
- To edit the task, click on the Pencil icon.
- To delete the task, click on the Bin icon.
After the task is finished, you can mark it as done by ticking the box in front of the task.
Header-icons
In the header, you can find several icons, each serving an essential task. These icons in the header are available on every page of the system.
- Live search helps to easily find and access a client, an estimate, an invoice, etc. It allows you to perform a search even with little information at hand, such as the first letters of a name, a house number, etc.
- If you want to send SMS to clients or team members, click the Phone icon.

- To access the integrated messenger and communicate with your team members, click on the Message icon. Note that the messenger is also available on the app for all users.
- When clicking on the user’s name at the top right of the screen, you have the option to move to User Management, Company Management, Brands, or Forms sections.
Note that these sections are available to admin type of users.
- If you want to access the help desk choose the Knowledge base option from the list, available for all users.
Clock In / Clock Out
Right below the user name, you can find the Report button that leads to the user’s clock-in menu. At the same time, the Play button will start time tracking directly from the dashboard.

Productivity Pulse
In the middle of the page, you can see the "Productivity Pulse" which shows a detailed view of a company's daily statistics and performance metrics, providing real-time insights into key business activities to help users assess productivity and make informed decisions. By default, it displays metrics for the current day, with the option to adjust the time range using the calendar to search for specific data. The information is divided into sections: reports, clients, leads, estimates, work orders, and invoices, ensuring a clear and structured overview of operations.
In the first section you can find insights about schedule and estimator reports as well as clients and leads:
The Clients row shows the number of Client profiles.
- The first column shows how many clients the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar.
- The second column shows how many new clients have been added on that day or during the chosen time period. If you click on the number, you can see the list of all new clients along with where the client has been referenced from added on that day or during the chosen period, and can access the client profiles if you click on them.
The Leads row shows the number of Leads.
- The first column shows how many leads the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar.
- The second column shows how many new leads have been added on that day or during the chosen time period. If you click on the number, you will see the list of all new leads separated by lead creators and can access those lead profiles from the dashboard.
The next section shows detailed information about Leads separated by their statuses. You can see how many new leads the company has, how many have been approved, estimated, are a “no go,” etc.
- The first column shows how many leads the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar for each lead status.
- The second column shows how many new leads have been added on that day or during the chosen period for each lead status. If you click on the number, you will see the list of all new leads separated by lead creators and can access those leads from the dashboard. You can also see the revenue of the leads next to the lead statuses.
The next section shows detailed information about Estimates separated by their statuses. Here you can see how many new estimates the company has, how many have been sent for approval, how many are pending, how many have been confirmed or declined, or have expired.
- The first column shows how many estimates the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar for each estimate status.
- The second column shows the company's gained revenue or loss for each estimated status.
The Workorders row shows the number and cost of Workorders.
- The first column shows how many WOs the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar.
- The second column shows how many new WOs were added on that day or during the chosen period. If you click on the number, you will see the list of all new WOs separated by WO creators and can access those WOs from the dashboard. You can also see the revenue from the WOs.
The Invoices row shows the number and cost of invoices.
- The first column shows how many invoices the company has up to the date indicated on the calendar.
- The second column shows how many new invoices have been added on that day or during the chosen time period. If you click on the number, you will see the list of all new invoices separated by invoice creators and can access those invoices from the dashboard.
The next section shows detailed information about Invoices separated by their statuses. Here you can see how many invoices have been issued, sent, and paid, and how many overdue or holdback invoices there are.
- The first column shows how many invoices the company has for each invoice status up to the date indicated on the calendar.
- The second column shows the gained revenue or the loss of the company for each invoice status.
