Users can track their time worked both from the web and the app.
Note that this data is used for automatic payroll calculations.
Time Tracking on the Web
To access the time tracking page, from the dashboard click on the button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
In this section a user can track their work time, as well as view their previous hours tracked.
The “Today” section shows when the user has logged in and logged out on that particular day, as well as shows how long they have worked during the present day.
To start tracking time, click on the "Play" button.
After the workday ends, to logout, click on the "Stop" button.
On the user dashboard you can see the user's tracked times. If you click on the calendar, you can choose another date to see the insights for.
To get a report for the tracked time, click on the “Get Report” button.
Time Tracking on the App
The users can also track their time worked from the app.
To access "My Profile" page, click on your icon in the top left corner. On this page you can see the user information as well as previously tracked time.
- To start time tracking for the day, click on the "Play" button.
- To stop time tracking, click on the "Stop" button.
Geolocation Tracking
Note that if the GPS tracking is enabled for a user, once the user starts time tracking, the location will also be tracked.
The users with permission to track time without location can start/stop the time tracker without the need to turn the GPS on.
If you want to enable or disable access for geolocation for a user, from the user's profile of the "User management" section enable/disable the following:
