Learn how to efficiently schedule and manage tasks for estimators and managers using the Office Schedule

The Route Optimization feature in the Office Schedule helps estimators efficiently reorder daily tasks that require travel to external locations. It uses task addresses and Google Maps optimization to determine the most efficient job sequence for the day.

ArboStar allows Support users only to sync the Office Calendar with external calendars such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. This helps office staff keep schedules aligned across platforms. Fieldworkers do not have access to the Office Calendar and cannot use this feature.
