Task Categories

In the “Task Categories” section you have access to the list of categories that are used for the tasks.

The “Task Categories” can be added, edited and disabled.

  • To edit an existing task category, click on the “Pencil” icon.
  • To disable an existing category, click on the “Eye” icon.

To add a new category, click on the green “Plus” sign in the top right corner and in the pop-up window fill out the name, pick a color, add a task notification setting or a note if needed and click “Save”.

You can pick the “preset notification settings” and it will be used on the "Task Map" and task section when creating a new appointment. You can also add a default description for the task.
