Creating a Workorder
As soon as the client confirms the estimate its status will be changed to Confirmed. At the same time the system will generate the next project step - the Workorder. However, it's always possible to update the status manually from the Client’s profile or from the Estimate profile. To update the status from the client's profile please click on the estimate step. After the estimate is confirmed, a workorder is created for the lead. You can find the Workorders via the live search, on the client's profile or by navigating to the "Workorders" section of the "Workorders" module. In the “Workorders Statuses” section you have access to the list of statuses that are used for filtering the WOs. This section includes the list of preset WO Statuses that can be edited by clicking on the “Pencil” icon and disabled by clicking on the “Eye” icon. You can also create as many WO StatusesSome readers
