Create a New Task / Schedule Appointment on the Web
Tasks help to schedule and manage office staff's appointments and other office-related tasks. Create a task There are several ways to create tasks on the web: Client related tasks can be created individually on the client's profile. To create a task, click on the "Create New Task". You can also create a new task when creating a new lead on the client's profile by cliFew readersTask Categories
In the “Task Categories” section you have access to the list of categories that are used for the tasks. The “Task Categories” can be added, edited and disabled. To edit an existing task category, click on the “Pencil” icon. To disable an existing category, click on the “Eye” icon. To add a new category, click on the green “Plus” sign in the top right coFew readersTasks
In the "Tasks" section you can find all the tasks that have been created previously. If you click on the “Eye” icon, you can change the task status, add a note or see details. If you click on the “Pencil” icon, you will be forwarded to a page where you can edit the task details.
