Creating a New Lead on the Client's Profile
If you want to add a new lead for an already existing client, click on the "Create New Lead" on the client's page. In the pop-up window, you can add lead details, add initial services, products, bundles necessary for the lead, schedule an appointment, add files, etc. After saving the new lead, it will be added on the client's page ready for estimation.

You can find the leads via the live search, on the client's profile or by navigating to the leads list or the leads map. Leads list includes all the current leads waiting for estimation in a list form. You can find the leads via the live search, on the client's profile or by navigating to the leads list or the leads map. On the leads map you can find all the current leads. It helps the estimators to see how far/near the leads are and which of the leads they should estimate based on the locations. Lead Statuses
In the “Lead Statuses” section you will have access to the list of statuses that are used for the lead. Lead statuses can be edited and added. To add a new “Lead Status”, please click on the green “Plus” icon in the top right corner. To edit an existing Status, please click on the *“Pencil”
