There are a few types of variables, used by the system. Let's call the first one 'GENERAL' for convenience. You can use variables from this group within Email Templates sent from the Client profile because they are attached to the constant information, which is your client's and company's profiles. On the client's profile you can access the list of all the activities that have been carried out regarding the client. You can also manually add notes and files to the client's profile to keep track of various activities. Adding a Note To add a note, fill out the text in the "Update Client Notes" field and click "Post". If you want to add a file, click on the "File" icon.
