To access the “User Statistics” analytics section, please navigate to the “Business Intelligence” → “Personnel ” → “User Statistics”.

Here you can find the user statistics.

It provides information about calls, the users who have answered/made the calls, the number and duration of incoming and outgoing calls.



Below that, you can see the statistics for created leads, estimates, workorders, and invoices.



It also provides information about sent letters, created clients, and user links.



To filter the statistics based on start and end date, please click on the “date” fields and choose the start and end dates and click “Go”.
