Tasks Section

Tasks Module is specifically designed to help businesses manage their tasks and projects effectively.
It allows users to manage and track tasks and projects, reassign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

You can access the "Tasks" section from the "Tasks" module.
In the "Tasks" section you can find all the tasks that have been created previously.

If you click on the “Eye” icon, you can change the task status, add a note or see details.
If you click on the “Pencil” icon, you will be forwarded to a page where you can edit the task details.

To filter the list based on the task status, click on the blue filter.
To filter the list based on estimator(s) the tasks are assigned to, task category or date range, click on the "Filter" sign.
If you are looking for a specific task, you can fill in the name, phone number, email, etc. in the Search bar.

Changing the status of the Task

With the “Status” section being clickable, you can change the task's status from the "Tasks" section.
This feature saves time and effort for users by eliminating the need to navigate to the client's profile page each time a task status needs to be updated.
This streamlined process can lead to greater productivity and efficiency, especially when dealing with a large number of tasks or clients.

To change the status, click on the status under “Status” next to the preferred task, in the pop-up window choose the required status and click “Save”.
