Setting Up Services, Products and Bundles for Estimates
You can add estimate services, estimate products and estimate bundles to be used for estimation.
In "Estimates" → "Services", you can find all the preset tree services and products.
Services have orange icons in front of them, while products are marked with green icons.
It is possible to edit existing services and products by clicking on the "Pencil" icon and disable them by clicking on the "Eye" icon.
To create a new service, click on the "New Service" button in the top right corner, in the pop-up window add and choose the service specifications, and click save.
To create a new product, click on the "New Product" button in the top right corner, in the pop-up window add and choose the product specifications, and click save.
For services, if you add cost, markup %, crew or choose it as "is favorite", on the "create estimate" page the estimation will be more automated. To learn more about how the estimate price is calculated, check out the article here: How the estimate price is calculated.
For products, if you add the product cost, when creating an estimate, its sum will be automatically added to the final cost of the estimate.
You can sort products and services as well as product/service categories and subcategories by drag and dropping them.
In "Estimates" → "Bundles", you can find all the preset bundles.
It is possible to edit the existing bundle by clicking on the "Pencil" icon and disable by clicking on the "Eye" icon.
To create a new bundle, click on the Green "Plus" sign in the top right corner.
To add a product or a service to the bundle, choose from the Product/Service list and add the quantity.
To delete the product/service from the bundle, click on the “Bin” sign next to it.
To add more products/services, click on the green Plus sign.
If you want the bundle components to be displayed on the estimate PDF, tick the box.
For quick access on the estimation page, tick the "Is Favorite" icon.
After everything is complete, tap Save.
When adding a bundle to an estimate, you can also manually edit it, for instance delete a service or a product from it or change the sum of a product/service.

To add a product or a service to the bundle, choose from the Product/Service list and add the quantity.

To add more products/services, click on the green Plus sign.
If you want the bundle components to be displayed on the estimate PDF, tick the box.
