Service Reports

In the "Service Reports" section you can find the list of equipment services that are already finished.

The section is helpful if you want to see what services have already been done for different equipment.

To access the "Service Reports" * section, please navigate to "Equipment" → "Service Reports".



The list can be filtered based on the report type, service name, equipment and employee who has completed the service:



To filter the list based on the report type, click on the “Report Type” filter and choose the required one from the drop-down list.
To filter the list based on the service name, click on the “Service Name” filter and choose the required one from the drop-down list.
To filter the list based on the equipment, click on the “Equipment” filter and choose the required one from the drop-down list.
To filter the list based on the employee who completed the service, click on the "Complete by" and choose the required one from the drop-down list.

To refresh the list, click on the “Refresh” icon at the top of the page.



Note that if you click on the equipment name, you will be forwarded to the equipment page.



The existing service reports can be edited or deleted:



to edit, click on the “Pencil” icon and make the necessary changes in the pop-up window.
To delete, click on the “Bin” icon.
