Schedule Report

The "Schedule Report" section gives you in-depth breakdown of the scheduled jobs either for all time or for a specific time range.

The section helps you understand how much time the company has spent on doing the scheduled jobs.

It also helps you see visually how many jobs were scheduled in a specific time compared to other periods.

And you can also visually see how much money was earned from the scheduled jobs in different time periods.

To access the "Schedule Report" section, navigate to “Business Intelligence” → “Schedule” → “Schedule Report”.

Here you have access to the reports on the schedule, schedule reports hours and the schedule report $/hours.

The graphs can be filtered based on display time and year(s).
To filter the graphs based on the display types, choose the required display type from the "Display" drop-down list.
To filter the graphs based on year(s), choose the required year(s) from the "Select years" drop-down list.



3 graphs are available:

The first graph shows the data about all the jobs that have been scheduled and closed in different time periods.
To enable/disable a year from a graph, click on the rectangle in front of the required year.



The second graph shows how long the company spent for the scheduled jobs in different time periods.
To enable/disable a year from a graph, click on the rectangle in front of the required year.



The third graph shows how much money the company earned from the scheduled jobs in different time periods.
To enable/disable a year from a graph, click on the rectangle in front of the required year.



If you navigate the mouse on the graph, you can see the sum details for a specific period.
