To access the “Reasons of Absence” section, please navigate to Personnel → HR → Reasons of Absence.

Here you can find the list of absence reasons and you can create new ones.



To edit the reason, please click on the “Pencil” icon. To hide the reason, please click on the “Eye” icon.



To add a new reason for absence, please click on the green “plus” sign.



In the pop-up window, please fill in the information such as name, limit per year and your reason. After all the information is filled in, please hit save.
