"Notes" Section on Client's Profile

On the client's profile you can access the list of all the activities that have been carried out regarding the client.

You can also manually add notes and files to the client's profile to keep track of various activities.

Adding a Note



To add a note, fill out the text in the "Update Client Notes" field and click "Post".
If you want to add a file, click on the "File" icon.
Note that you can add a file without the need to add text.



The note and the file will be available in the "Notes" section.

"Notes" Section



The "Notes"" section consists of several parts providing in-depth data on various client-related activities.
Here you can find documents, messages, calls, SMS and email data.

To access the section on the client's profile scroll down to the "Notes"" section.



All Notes



In the "All Notes" section you can find all notes of different types in chronological order.

If the note is important, tick the "Important" box.
If you want to delete the note, click on the "Bin" icon.
You can also see the time and date as well as who it has been created by.




Info



In the "Info" section you can find the notes added from the "Update Client Notes" field.

You can delete them or mark as important.
You can also see the time and date as well as who it has been created by.



Attachment



In the "Attachment" section you can find all the files added from the "Update Client Notes" field.

If you click on the file's name, you'll access the file.

You can delete the notes or mark as important.
You can also see the time and date as well as who it has been created by.



System



In the "System" section you can find all the activities regarding the leads/estimates/WOs/invoices for the client.

You can delete them or mark as important.
You can also see the time and date as well as who it has been created by.



Calls



In the "Calls" section you can see information about all the incoming and outgoing calls with the client.
You can also see the time and date of creation.




SMS



In the "SMS" section you can find all the sent and received SMS messages.

The section shows the phone number the SMS are sent to or received from.

You can also see the date.



Email



In the "Email" section you can see all the emails that were sent to the client with the email details including time when the email was sent, delivered, opened, etc.

If you want to access the PDF that was attached to the sent email, click on the ID icon.
If you want to access the sent email's content, click on the "Content" icon.
If you want to delete the information, click on the "Bin" icon.
