Messenger on the web

The Messenger is used for direct communication with the team.

Note that the feature is available both on the web and the app.

To access the Messenger, click on the "Message" icon in the header.



After clicking on the icon, the list of users becomes available.
If the dot in front of the user's name is green, the user is online.
If the dot in front of the user's name is red, the user is offline.



If you have a new message:
You get a notification.
The user's name is in bold in the list.
There's an "Envelop" sign in front of the name.



To message a user, click on the user's name from the list.
A window pops up at the bottom of the screen where you can fill in the message.
You can also attach a file to the message. To attach a file, click on the "File" icon.
To send the message, click on the "Arrow" button.



To close the messenger window, click on the "X" sign.
To minimize the messenger window, click on the "_" sign.

Note that the messenger window is available on all the pages.

It is possible to make the messenger text bold, italic and underlined.
To do it manually, use the following instructions:
If you want to make the text bold, please input the preferred text in between "star" signs,
("*apple tree*" ￫ apple tree)
If you want to make the text italic, please input the preferred text in between ~ signs,
("~apple tree~" ￫ apple tree)
If you want to make the text underlined, please input the preferred text in between "_" signs,
("_apple tree_" ￫ apple tree)

Please make sure the text is in between the signs.
