Follow-up Module

"Follow-up" module helps you to have a quick view of your existing client list that needs follow-up.

You can filter your desired client list based on the Module (Leads, Estimates or Invoices), Follow-up Status and Follow-up Type.



When you click on the preferred entity in the "Profile" column, you will be forwarded to the client’s estimate page (-E), Workorder page (-W) or the Invoice page (-I) accordingly.



By clicking on the preferred entity in the “Item Status” column, you can update the item status.



By clicking on the preferred entity in the “Status” column, you can change the status to "New", "Completed", "Postponed" or "Cancelled".



You can add a note for the preferred entity in the “Notes” column. To do that, fill out the text and click on the green “Tick” icon.



New follow-ups can be created in the "Programmed Messages" module. To learn more about programmed messages and how to create them, click here.
