Follow-up module helps you to have a quick view of your existing client list that needs follow-up.

You can filter your desired client list based on the module, status, and type.



To filter based on the module, please click on the “Select Module” icon and choose from the drop down menu.



To filter based on the status, please click on the “Status” icon and choose from the drop down menu.



To filter based on the type, please click on the “Select Type” tab and choose from the drop down menu.



When you click on the “Profile Column”, you will be forwarded to the client’s estimate page (-E), workorder page (-W) or the invoice page (-I).



By clicking on the “Item Status” you can update the status of the estimate/workorder/invoice.



When clicking on the “Status”, you will be able to change the status to New, Completed, Postponed or Cancelled.



To add a note, please click on the “Notes”, fill out the text and click on the green “Tick” icon.
