To access the “Email Statistics” analytics section, please navigate to the “Business Intelligence” → “Clients ” → “Email Statistics”.

Here you can find detailed information about the sent emails.

To filter the statistics based on start and end date, please click on the “date” fields and choose the start and end dates and click “Go”.



In the upper section you can see the emails counts for each specific status presented in a column chart and in a table form.



Below, you can find detailed information about each email, including the sending time, delivery time and email opening time.
