Email Statistics

“Email Statistics” module provides in-depth data covering different stages of sent emails.

This module is useful when you want to understand what stage your sent emails are in.

To access the “Email Statistics” section, navigate to the “Business Intelligence” → “Clients ” → “Email Statistics”.

In this section you can find detailed information about the sent emails in a graph form explained in a list next to it as well as get in-depth details below.

You can filter email statistics based on start and end dates.
To filter the statistics based on start and end date, click on the "date” fields, choose the start and end dates and click “Go”.



In the upper section the email statistics is presented on a graph to make it visually easy to analyze.
In the top right corner a list of email statuses with their corresponding colors that are used on the graph along with their numbering is available.
You can also see the corresponding numbering for each specific email status presented in a table form.



Below, you can find detailed information about each email, including the sending time, delivery time and email opening time.
