The dashboard gives quick access to the most used modules of the system as well as provides an essential insight into the daily statistics of the company.

When the user logs in, their name and last login information are displayed on the dashboard. Below that, there are useful quick access buttons.



By clicking on the “Add Client” button, you can add a new client.
By clicking on the “Crew Schedule” button, you can view existing crew schedules as well as create a crew schedule.
By clicking on the “Workorders” button, you can access the list of all your workorders.
The “View Leads” tab will open the leads map, where you can find all your leads.
By clicking on the “Office Schedule” button, you can view the existing office schedule and can create a new one.
By clicking on the “Own Estimates” button, you can access the list of your estimates.



Under the quick access tab, you’ll find information about your (estimator's) leads, workorders and can see people who are online at the moment.



Next is the Productivity Pulse tab, which gives you insight into the statistics. It has two rows. The first row shows the general number reached on the date shown on the calendar, while the second row shows how many have been added that day.
Productivity Pulse automatically shows the insights of the present day. If you click on the “Calendar” sign, you can choose another date to see the insights of that particular day.
This margin shows the number of Schedule Reports. If you click on the green number, you will see the list of all the schedule reports.
This margin shows the number of Estimator Reports. If you click on the green number, you will see the list of all the estimator reports.
This margin shows the number of Clients. The first row shows how many clients the company has according to the date indicated on the calendar, while the second row shows how many new clients have been added on that day. If you click on the green number in the second row, you will see the list of all new clients added that day and can access them from the dashboard.
This margin shows the number of Leads. The first row shows how many leads the company has according to the date indicated on the calendar, while the second row shows how many new leads have been added on that day. If you click on the green number in the second row, you will see the list of all new leads added that day and can access them from the dashboard.



Below that, the next section shows detailed information about Leads status. Here you can see how many new leads the company has, how many have been approved, how many are a “no go,” how many have been estimated and how many have already been done.
This margin shows the number of Estimates. The first row shows how many estimates the company has on the date indicated on the calendar, while the second row shows how many new estimates have been added that day. If you click on the green number in the second row, you will see the list of all new estimates and can access them from the dashboard. The third row shows the sum of the estimates that have been added that day.



The next section gives detailed information about Estimate Status. Here you can see how many new estimates the company has, how many have been sent for approval, how many are pending, how many have been confirmed or declined, or have expired. In this case, the second row shows the revenue or the loss of the company.
This margin shows the number of Workorders. The first row shows how many workorders the company has on the date indicated in the calendar, while the second row shows how many new workorders have been added that day. If you click on the green number in the second row, you will see the list of all new workorders and can access them from the dashboard. The third row shows the sum of the workorders that have been added that day.
This margin shows the number of invoices. The first row shows how many invoices the company has on the date indicated in the calendar, while the second row shows how many new invoices have been added that day. If you click on the green number in the second row, you will see the list of all new invoices and can access them from the dashboard. The third row shows the sum of the invoices that have been added that day.



The next section gives detailed information about invoice status. Here you can see how many invoices have been issued, sent, paid, how many overdue or holdbacks invoices there are. In this case, the second row shows the revenue or the loss of the company.



Next to it, there is the Performance Goals margin. It has two sections. By clicking on the first section, the user can find their own “Estimator Goals”, while by clicking on the second section, the user can find the “Company Goals”.



Below you can find the Task Manager, where the user can see their tasks or add new tasks.
To add a new task, please click on the green button.
If the task is done, you can tick it by clicking on the white square, and it will change the status to “Done’.
To assign the task to another user, please click on the “Envelope” button.
To edit the task, please click on the “Pencil” button.
To delete the task, please click on the bin.

In the top right corner, you can find several icons, each serving an essential task. These icons in the header are available on every page of the system.



Live search helps to easily find and access a client, an estimate, an invoice, etc. It allows you to perform a search even with little information at hand, such as the first letters of a name, a house number, etc.
To access messenger, please click on the “Phone” icon. Here you will find all your messages with other system users or with clients.
To see the list of all system users and to contact them via chat, please click on this icon. To start a conversation, please click on the name from the list.
When clicking on the user’s name at the top right of the screen, you will have the option to move to “User Management”, “Company Management”, as well as to log out.



On the right down corner, there is a button that leads to the user’s check-in dashboard.



The “Today” section shows when the user has logged in and logged out on that particular day, as well as shows how long they have worked.
To login, please click on the blue button.
After the workday ends, to logout, please click on the green button.



This dashboard automatically shows the present day. If you click on the calendar sign, you can choose another date to see the insights of that particular day.
To get a report, please click on the “Get Report” button.
The “Your Daily Hours” field shows the user’s daily hours worked, including the start time, finish time; the total hours worked for a day; the total hours worked for a week and the total for the paycheck.
