Creating and Sending Newsletters

Useful both for marketing and client retention needs, newsletters are an easy way to announce special deals, offer discounts, send reminders, etc to a preffered pool of clients.

To filter out the group you want to send the newsletter to, fill in the “Filter” available on the left side of the window.
You can filter your list based on date range, client type and by the method (Leads, Estimates, Workorders, Invoices).

When choosing the “Select Search Method”, more options for filtering the list appear based on the method chosen.

To send a newsletter to the filtered group, please make sure they are ticked. You can either do it manually or you can click on the green “tick” sign to tick all.

To send the newsletter, please click on the “Newsletter” button in the top right corner.

If you have created a newsletter template in “Email Templates” and marked it as "Newsletter", the newsletter template will be available in this section. Otherwise, click on “Without Template” option.

To send the newsletter to a client, the client should be subscribed to newsletters.
To mark a customer as subscribed, please navigate to the client page, click on the “Pencil” icon on the top and in the pop up window choose “Subscribed” for Newsletters.

After the list is filtered, only contacts with email addresses that are considered "verified" will be included.

On a client profile, the verified emails are green, invalid emails are red, while not verified emails are yellow. You can verify the not verified/yellow email addresses by clicking on the "contact" and on the "tick" on the client's profile.
