Using the Newsletters feature will help you reach out to a selected pool of clients. Used both for marketing and client retention needs, newsletters are an easy way to announce special deals, offer discounts, send reminders, etc.

To send the newsletter, please use the “Filter” to filter out the group you want to send it to. You can filter your list based on date, client type and by the method (Leads, Estimates, Workorders, Invoices).

When you click on the “Select Search Method”, filter options based on if you have chosen leads/estimates/workorders/invoices appear.

To send a newsletter to the filtered group, please make sure they are ticked. You can either do it manually or you can click on the green “tick” sign to tick all.

To send the newsletter, please click on the “Newsletter” button in the top right corner. If you have created a template in “Email Templates” and ticked as newsletter, it will be shown in the list. If you would like to create a new template, click on “Without Template”.

Note: to send the newsletter to a client, the client should be subscribed. To mark the customer as subscribed, please navigate to the client page, click on the “Pencil” icon on the top and in the pop up window choose “Subscribed” for the Newsletter.
