To create an office schedule, please navigate to Schedule ⇾ Office Schedule.



You can view the schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. To choose the necessary style, please click on the appropriate button.



To see the schedule of a specific employee, please click on the “Choose user” tab and choose from the dropdown list.



After the employee is chosen, an option to view their schedule in the PDF file appears. To view, please click on the “File” icon.



To see the scheduled appointments on the map, please click on the “Show Map” button.



To see the scheduled appointments for today, please click on the ”Today” button.



To see the scheduled appointments for the previous or the next day, please click on the arrows.



To create a new schedule, please left click and drag down the mouse.



In the pop-up window, please fill in the event details and click on the “Save” button.

After the event is created, to change the time, please left-click on the scheduled event and drag up or down.



To edit the existing schedule, please click on the “Details” icon under the “Pencil” icon.
To delete the schedule, please click on the “Bin” icon.

Note: The scheduled events created in the “Office Schedule” submodule won’t be shown in the mobile app.
