Adding and Managing SMS Templates

SMS is a great way for for client notifications. You can use the SMS option for various processes - for instance, when you send an estimate for approval, reschedule the appointment, etc.

To make the process of sending SMS easier and faster you can create SMS templates.

To proceed, navigate to the Clients section and click on SMS Templates.
To create a new template, click on the "plus" sign in the top right corner and create a template in the pop-up window that appears:



To automatize the process of adding names/address/phone number/etc., type them in capital letters and put it in [...] and the recipient will get the SMS with those points autofilled with information that exists on the “Client Profile” page.


You can always edit the existing templates from the main list by clicking on the "pencil" icon:
