Within the Tasks submodule, users can review the information related to tasks within the system and display all the details they need most conveniently.
If the user has assigned tasks, they are displayed with a badge (number of tasks displaying also). They can be viewed on the Tasks list (filtered by user) or go to the Dashboard and check My Tasks.
Navigate Tasks → Tasks to access this submodule.
1. Search allows finding a task related to a specific Client, Email, or Phone number.
2. Blue Filter button (Task Status) - by clicking it, the user can filter all existing tasks by status: New, Canceled, Done.
3. Yellow Filter button (Task Filter) - by clicking it, the user can filter all existing tasks by user assigned, category, and date period.
4. The Sort icon next to Client Name, Task Date, and Assigned To allows sorting data accordingly.
An example of the mentioned Sort icons.
Client Name sorts the data as follows: first shows entries with no data, all subsequent entries are shown from A → Z. If clicked twice, from Z → A;
Task Date sorts the data from the oldest to the newest. If clicked twice, from the newest to oldest;
Assigned To sorts the data as follows: first shows entries with no data, all subsequent entries are shown from A → Z. If clicked twice, from Z → A;
5. Clicking the eye icon triggers the modal window with the following information:
Task Date;
Task Status;
Note;
Task Period;
Task Category;
Task Assigned To;
Task Created By;
Task Lead No.
6. Clicking the pencil icon allows the user to edit the task.
Here, the user can:
change task assignee;
change task type;
link another lead;
change the description;
change status;
change task location;
select/unselect the date;
the Start and End times for the task.
To select a specific date for the task, the user should click on the date and adjust it on the date picker. To remove the date, users should remove the checkmark next to the date. Clicking Clear will remove the chosen date.
7. Clicking when the client’s name is clicked, the system will redirect the user directly, to this client’s profile.
8. When clicking on the status, the modal window will appear where the user can change the task’s status.
