Overview
This submodule allows you to set rules that match certain lead statuses. Here, you can edit and add Lead Statuses.
- To access this submodule, navigate to Leads → Lead Statuses.
Statuses
The system includes six default lead statuses: Default, Estimated, For Approval, Declined, Draft, and No Go. Each status can be renamed for convenience.
Default – Applied automatically when a new lead is created.
- Estimated – Appears once an estimate has been created and saved for the lead.
For Approval – Assigned to confirmed requests submitted via the website, if web integration is enabled in ArboStar.
Declined – Set when an estimate is deleted. You can specify a reason for declining the lead, which can be customized in the lead’s profile.
Draft – Used when an estimate is added but not saved. These leads remain unfinalized and unconfirmed.
No Go – Manually assigned when a project is declined for other reasons. Status reasons can also be edited when updating this status.
1. To add a new lead status, click the green “+” icon in the top-right corner, enter the status name, and click Save.
2. To edit an existing status, click the pencil icon next to the lead status.
3. System default statuses cannot be disabled. However, you can hide any custom status by clicking the eye icon.
Hidden statuses cannot be assigned to new leads, but any leads already using that status will retain it.
Before disabling a status, make sure to move any leads assigned to it to an active status. Otherwise, you won't be able to filter those leads by status on the Lead List, since only active statuses are available for filtering.
