Agenda in the Mobile App: Estimator vs. Fieldworker View

Understand the difference between agenda types and how to navigate them effectively.

The Agenda in the mobile app helps team members stay organized by showing their scheduled activities for the day or within a selected date range. Depending on your role, your agenda will display different types of tasks and jobs.

How to Access Agenda

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Your daily or date-range bookings will appear in the Agenda view.

Switching Roles in Agenda

If you have dual roles, the app provides two different agenda views. To switch between them:

  1. Tap the three bars ≡ at the bottom right corner.

  2. Select the toggle icon at the top right corner.

  3. The Agenda will update based on the role you selected.

Estimator’s Agenda

The Estimator’s agenda includes all activities related to estimation and administrative work. These can include:

  • Estimate appointments

  • Client consultations

  • Office-related tasks

If you want to see which task categories are available for your team, go to the Task module in the desktop version and open Task Categories.


Fieldworker’s Agenda

The Fieldworker’s agenda, on the other hand, displays confirmed estimates that have been converted into workorders. These are the jobs that need to be completed in the field, including scheduled services and assigned crew work.
