Add-ons Report

The Add-Ons Report provides a detailed overview of chemical usage for compliance with state regulations.

The Add-Ons Report is designed to support chemical tracking and compliance reporting. Many states require businesses to keep detailed chemical usage records, which can be daily (e.g., New York), yearly (e.g., Colorado), or available during on-site inspections. This report provides a clear summary of how much chemical was used over a given period, helping ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Navigate to Business Intelligence → Workorders → Add-Ons Report

You can filter the report data by different date metrics (blue filter):

  • Service Completion Date (default): When the service/product with the add-on was completed.

  • WO Creation Date: When the work order was created.

  • Job Scheduled: Scheduled date of the job.

  • Job Completed: Date when the job was completed.

By default, the system displays data from the current month. Use the date picker to select a custom range.


Exporting Report Data

The Add-Ons Report can be exported to CSV for compliance reporting. Two export options are available:

  • Add-Ons Report: Full dataset, including planned and actual values.

  • Actual Add-Ons Report: Only actual data (planned rates and costs are excluded).


Sorting and Filtering Data

  • Sorting: Each column can be sorted using the icons beside the headers.

  • Filtering: You can refine the data using filters such as (yellow filter):

    • Favourite presets

    • Brand

    • Project Tag

    • Crew Leader

    • Service/Product/Bundle

    • Add-On / Add-On Type

This allows you to quickly isolate the information relevant to your reporting needs.

Add-Ons Report Data Fields

The report includes detailed fields such as:

  • WO #, WO Creation Date, Client, Project Address

  • Job Scheduled, Job Completed, Crew Leader

  • Service/Product/Bundle, Add-On, Add-On Type

  • Service Completion Date

  • Rate (planned/actual), Unit, Unit Cost

  • Total Cost (planned/actual)

This level of detail ensures your business can generate accurate compliance documents for inspectors, regardless of state-specific reporting requirements.


Navigating to Data Sources

From the Add-Ons Report, you can directly access related records:

  • WO #: Opens the Workorder details page

  • Client: Opens the Client profile

  • Project Address: Links to the job location details


Use filtering and exporting options to generate daily, monthly, or yearly reports depending on local regulations.
