Notes Section on the Client's Profile

Overview

On the client's profile the user can access the list of all the activities that have been carried out regarding the client. 

Navigate to Notes tab.

The user can also manually add notes and files to the client's profile to keep track of various activities.

  • Notes Manual Adding

To add a note, click the Add note, type an information in the text box and click the icon in the bottom left corner to publish it. If the user wants to add a file, click on the file icon. The user can add just a file without adding the text.

  • All Notes

In the All Notes tab the user could find all notes of different types in chronological order.

If the note is important, tick the Important box. If you want to delete the note, click on the bin icon.

  • Info

In the Info tab the user could find notes added from the Add note text box.

The user could delete them or mark as important.

  • Attachment

In the Attachment tab the user could find all notes that have attached file (for example, Estimate PDF or Invoice PDF).

The user could access the file by clicking it.

  • System

In the System tab the user could find all the activities regarding the Leads/Estimates/WOs/Invoices for the client.

Calls

In the Calls tab the user could see the information about all incoming and outgoing calls with the client:

  • Client's photo;
  • Call Type;
  • From;
  • Client's name;
  • To;
  • Call's record;
  • Time and date of the call.

SMS

In the SMS tab the user could find all the sent and received SMS messages.

The tab shows the phone number the SMS are sent to or received from and the text of an SMS.

Email

In the Email tab the user could see all emails that were sent to the client with the email details including time when the email was sent, delivered, opened, etc..

1. If the user wants to access the sent email's content, click the .html file.

2. If the user wants to access the attached PDF of the sent email, click the PDF file.

Tracking Sent Emails

Once an email is sent from the ArboStar system, the user could go ahead and track its progress (Email log).

In this section the user could see all emails that were sent to the client with the email details including time when the email was sent, delivered, opened, etc..
