When editing or creating a new estimate you can select multiple services or products that are in the same category at once.
This feature is a powerful tool designed to streamline the estimating process.
With this feature, users can easily add multiple services and products to an estimate with just a few clicks helping to save time and reducing the risk of errors.
It allows you to be more efficient while doing estimation.
For this, you need to either create a new category of services/products or edit an already existing category.
Navigate to the “Estimates” - “Services” section and:
- Click on the “New Category” button to create a new category, or
- Click on the "Pencil" icon next to an existing category to edit.
In the pop-up window check the “Can be selected all category in Estimate” box and click “Save”.
Go ahead and add the required services or products to the category to be used together in estimation.
After that when editing or creating a new estimate click on the “Service” or “Product” buttons to add the categories. The categories that can be selected entirely have a + sign next to them.
The services from the category will all be automatically added to the estimate.
Note that you can still remove any service or product that is part of the category from the estimate by clicking on the "Bin" icon.
