View Workorder Performance Report

The Workorder Performance Report section helps you evaluate completed work by comparing estimated hours with the actual hours spent, as well as identifying when the work was completed within a selected date range.

This report is particularly useful for analyzing the accuracy of your estimates. By reviewing this data, you can refine and improve your estimation process for future projects.

To access the Workorder Performance Report, navigate to the Business Intelligence module, then select Workorder Performance under the Workorders section.

  • To customize the date range, click on the calendar icon and select your desired period.
  • To sort the report, choose between Work Order Created Date or Job's Date as your preferred sorting option.

The report can be filtered by estimator, crew members, and work order status to help narrow down the data you need.

  • To filter by estimator or crew members, click on the Estimator or Crew Members field, select a name from the drop-down list, and click Go.
  • To filter by work order status, simply choose the desired status and click Go.

Note: Clicking on the Workorder number will redirect you to the corresponding Workorder page within the client’s profile.

If you have admin permissions, you can also download the list in the CSV format by clicking on the "Download" button.
